1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, calling an API, or otherwise using Hyperouters, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Refund policies. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.
2. The service
Hyperouters provides access to supported artificial-intelligence models through APIs and related account, billing, usage, and routing tools. Available providers, models, prices, rate limits, and features may change as upstream services and product capabilities change.
We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue part of the service. When a material change affects an active paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.
- Keep passwords and API keys confidential and use reasonable security controls.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account or keys unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- Do not sell, share, or transfer an account in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law and the policies of any underlying model provider. You may not use the service to harm others, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade safeguards, obtain unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, or generate or process unlawful content.
We may investigate suspected abuse and may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
5. Plans, credits, and payment
- Prices, included usage, validity periods, concurrency, and rate limits are shown at purchase and form part of these Terms.
- Usage is measured by our systems using provider and gateway records. Displayed estimates may be adjusted to correct an evident metering error.
- You authorize the payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes or fees disclosed there.
- Credits and plan benefits have no cash value, may not be transferred unless expressly allowed, and expire when the applicable purchase terms say they expire.
6. Third-party models and services
Model output is generated by third-party systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.
Hyperouters is not affiliated with or endorsed by an upstream provider merely because its model is available through the service. Provider outages, policy changes, regional restrictions, and model changes may affect availability.
7. Your content and data
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Hyperouters the limited rights needed to transmit, process, secure, and troubleshoot that content for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Hyperouters service, software, branding, documentation, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Hyperouters property.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, provider requirement, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free model output, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperouters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Hyperouters during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
